There are different training spots around United Kingdom, USA and Africa and you can choose if you’ll spend half-day, 24 hours or 5 days to complete the training. If you think you’re up for it, don’t just rush there right away. You still have to test yourself if you can accomplish exercises like jogging for 25 minutes, doing continuous press ups, sit ups and burpees and more.
