You have never been closer to printing your reports in the back of a cab just seconds before your important meeting. Because this revolutionary printer uses a rotating printer head instead of one that moves linearly, it can print on a rolled up piece of paper, and thus takes up one-third the size of other printers.
You probably think that this portable printer is an Apple product, but that’s not the case. Actually this circular printer design is a result of a challenge that Samsung Electronics tossed out to Seoul National University. One brave student – Seongyong Lee – accepted this challenge and did such a good job that presumably Samsung fired all their engineers and stopped producing anything ever since.
